We will unravel the “incomprehensibility” of coaching

Unlike counseling, the target audience for coaching is assumed to be healthy people who wish to improve their performance. The role of the professional coach is to accompany and support the client, and this is achieved through communication. However, since it is a “conversation,” it is difficult to “know” what kind of knowledge the professional coach has and how he or she uses it.
Coaching requires a high level of expertise, but this “lack of clarity” has resulted in a situation where it is interpreted in a variety of ways.
We will continue to unravel this “incomprehensibility” through our “Coaching Information Bureau”.
