I feel that many people take it as a contradiction. English is not the native language of the Japanese, so if you are stuck in the &#8220;Japanese system,&#8221; you may miss the chance to learn the &#8220;essence&#8221; of servant leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have touched on the difference in nuance between English and Japanese. Coaching is about being open and accepting various phenomena without preconceptions.<br>And since coaching is a &#8220;dialogue,&#8221; it is a relationship built on the exchange of &#8220;words&#8221;.
