Since then, leadership research as a theory has continued to progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, &#8220;leadership qualities can be learned through experience&#8221;. In other words, &#8220;Anyone can be a great leader if they study themselves&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leadership is not something to look up to or look for. The ability to lead others into uncharted territory already exists within ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, if you don&#8217;t believe in yourself that you have the ability to influence those around you in a positive way, you won&#8217;t get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must have the conviction that your actions are meaningful, that your words inspire your members, and that your every move moves them.<br>And it is important to believe that the same power exists within the members.<br>To this end, dialogue with oneself and introspection are key to relativizing oneself and acquiring a meta-perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dialogue and reflection with yourself to become a great leader (case study)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What are the values that inform my decisions and actions?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are my strengths and weaknesses as a leader?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are your self-evaluations as a leader consistent with your evaluations of others?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you feel there is a gap, which window of the &#8220;Johari Window&#8221; is narrower?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What do you need to do to improve your ability to move your organization forward?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Looking ahead 10 years, what are the things you as a leader need to start doing? What are our priorities?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To what extent do I understand the organization and the world around it?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are the challenges you face? To what extent am I prepared to deal with them?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What will give me the courage to move forward in the face of headwinds?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How will I cope with disappointments, failures, and obstacles?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is the driving force that keeps me from giving up?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do I inspire and encourage myself?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How can I hold on to hope in myself and others?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am I a fit leader in this moment?
