On the other hand, successful experiences narrow the horizon for other options and lead to conservative tendencies. If an organization refuses to change, it will eventually cease to function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An organization is a collection of individuals. As individual leaders and followers become more dependent on the &#8220;existing structure and system,&#8221; the resilience of the organization will weaken in inverse proportion.<br>Therefore, in this issue, I would like to introduce a tick list to determine if you are an &#8220;existing system dependent&#8221; or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Checklist of existing systems and system dependencies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I want to protect my area of work at all costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot forget past glories and successes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not see any prospects for the future<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absolute trust in one&#8217;s own common sense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not feel much interest in information about change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Too busy to look back on themselves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can go through life without thinking about anything<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I am rarely moved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I value logic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I care more about not failing than succeeding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I like to give feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I like to criticize<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I tend to focus on the part rather than the whole<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I forget the whole and end up doing something else<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I often take measures that are out of line with my objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I don&#8217;t think to draw a diagram of what is written<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I keep away from people who are negative towards me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I usually view work as within my area of responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respects current work practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I feel comfortable with orders, supervision, and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not have a clear picture of what they want to become through their work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are resistant to the word &#8220;change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have never had much doubt about work flow or methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer satisfaction does not ring a bell<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u203b 7 or more &#8220;yes&#8221; answers indicate a suspicion of existing system dependence.<br>\u203b If more than 12 &#8220;yes&#8221; answers, you suspect that &#8220;existing system dependency&#8221; has become chronic.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Accumulating successful experiences is necessary.
