If there was only one person on earth, the very concept of leadership would not exist in the first place.<br>In other words, leadership is a dynamic in a group or organization of two or more people, and when it comes down to it, leadership is a relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leadership is not the result of a single extraordinary person, but is the result of the dynamism of the relationships among the various members of a group or organization.<br>A leader, however, is an empowered and influential person within that group\/organization. Let&#8217;s take a look at the circumstances in which this influence is exerted as positive power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The leader is trusted by the organization&#8217;s members!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be honest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have foresight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to get the job done<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivating<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Messages from trusted leaders reach the hearts of members!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>People who are consistent in what they say and what they do,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People who do not lie in their words.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People who say what they mean and do what they say.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People who keeps his\/her word.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The leader&#8217;s values are propagated and shared throughout the organization, creating a centripetal force in the organization!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Psychological safety is fostered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increases loyalty to the organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fosters teamwork and a sense of unity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourages ethical behavior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increases understanding of what is expected of each member<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased awareness of personal productivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leadership &#8220;theories&#8221; have changed in many ways, but some things never change.
