That is &#8220;communication&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people may think of communication as the exchange of words, but communication is an extremely broad concept, defined as the transmission of perceptions, feelings, and thoughts between people who live in society, mediated by language, writing, and other visual and auditory media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This communication is then divided into &#8220;subject&#8221; and &#8220;content&#8221;. In the leadership aspect, the subject is the human being. On the other hand, the content is, in layman&#8217;s terms, the content.
