In order for coaching to be effective and to function, it is assumed that the coach has mastered the “Ten Basic Coaching Steps. However, as the word “basic” implies, the actual coaching process may not always follow these steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are overly conscious of the 10 Steps, you may end up leading the client into a session that is not a coaching session. In that case, it means that you have not yet studied enough as a coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A professional coach is a specialist who has experienced this “feeling” through practice, and has the ability to develop flexible sessions for unique clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, an executive coach is a professional coach who has the ability to attend to the concerns of his or her clients, who are executives, and to develop sessions in which the clients’ latent and latent abilities are fully realized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
