Coaching is divided into three main areas of activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One is the coach, known as a life coach or personal coach.
They coach individuals on a wide variety of topics, such as building smooth relationships, gaining awareness to improve specific performance, dieting, and marriage life, with the aim of enriching each individual’s life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second type of coach is known as a business coach.
These are coaches whose main focus is on business results and problem solving.
A personal coach is hired by the client, whereas a business coach is hired by the company.
There are various forms, such as a company hiring a coach for its management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The third type of coach is an executive coach.
This is a coach who provides coaching to the executive level (managers and executives). In this case, it means that the client is an executive, but on the other hand, it also means that the coach himself is a chosen coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Microsoft’s Bill Gates in his speech,
\u201cEvery person needs a coach. We need someone to give us feedback. In the U.S., it is commonplace for executives to have executive coaches.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Japan, the importance of executive coaches is becoming increasingly recognized.
