The core of our practice is the “heart of management. The “heart of management” refers to a manager’s thoughts about management and the company. We believe that the most important aspect of executive coaching is to grasp the mind of the manager and what kind of thoughts and ideas he or she has in running the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
