In order to work as a professional coach, one must not only have the knowledge, skills, tools, and presence, but also the human skills and achievements.
A professional in this context refers to a person who can act independently and autonomously, as well as as a professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coaches are involved in the growth of others. Therefore, the presence of a coach has an extremely significant impact on the quality and effectiveness of the assistance provided to clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While it is essential to acquire professional knowledge and theories, a professional in the true sense of the word is someone who is able to take an approach that is appropriate to the individuality and characteristics of each client, rather than simply following a set of predetermined methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is expected of them not only to improve their knowledge and skills, but also to continue to grow qualitatively, in terms of the size of their capacity as human beings to accept diverse values and opinions, and the framework of their perceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To this end, you are expected to constantly ask yourself questions, implement the solutions you find one by one, and accumulate them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does it mean to be a coach who is 100% on the client’s side?
What does it mean to believe in the client’s potential?
What does it mean to not be stuck in one way of doing things, and what do we need to do about it?
What can I do to keep my coach’s own values and feelings out of the equation?
What do I need to do to be honest with myself?
