Winning all 100 battles is impossible in reality, so how difficult it is to achieve this quote\u2026 perhaps this is a testament to that fact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fundamental foundation for growing and maturing as a coaching coach is to aim to establish a “self-base,” and the first step toward this goal is to “know yourself objectively.
The first step to this is to “know yourself objectively.” This involves asking “How do others see me? Do they understand you?” is indispensable. Let me introduce the “Johari Window,” which is useful for considering this perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When organized in this way, it seems to lead to an understanding that becomes clear: “I see\u2026.”

The coaching coach aspires to increase the area of the “open window,” which is the\u201c \u2160 window\u201d. This is achieved through self-disclosure and by listening, asking questions, and giving feedback in a serious attempt to understand others.
