A point of reference for comparison and consideration”.
From a coaching perspective, the standard is based on “self-esteem” as its central axis. It is the behaviors and attitudes necessary to maintain one’s self-esteem. It is the measure of who you are right now, the inward respect for yourself, and your place in the world.

Standards from a coaching perspective are only a choice you make, not something you set in order to solve something.

A person with high standards respects his or her own attitude. It is a relativized confidence, and that is why people around them perceive them as attractive.
On the other hand, a person who remains with low standards is not accompanied by self-esteem and acts with negative feelings and doubts about his or her self-worth.

Standards are different for each of us. So we ask, “How should we view those standards? What are the key points to raise the standard?” Let’s take a look at the following list.

Set standards that fit your current situation.

Make a list of people you admire and aspire to be like, and think about what you can do to get closer to their way of thinking and acting.

Let go of the “musts” and identify your highest-priority desires.

Remove the victim perspective on things and raise your standards for involvement.

To view relationships with others not as a result of the outcome first, but as a relationship with the relationship.

Focus on the “integrity” of who you are. Then, clarify “what you want” and set “goals based on sound values.

Finally, let us keep in mind the “standard as ideal” that everyone should aim for.

Your words and actions are unconditional and constructive.

You are able to accept that you are responsible for everything that happens around you.

You are receptive to the words and behavior of others as they are.

You have kept the reserves that bring you peace.

Standard is a word that is often used on a daily basis.
