The strength and weakness of P, A, and C, the &#8220;three ego states&#8221; of Transactional analysis, are helpful in understanding that personality, and at the same time, we realize that there are &#8220;positive elements&#8221; and &#8220;negative elements&#8221; in each of P, A, and C.
