Thus, it is understandable to ask, &#8220;Are there such magic words?&#8221; It is understandable that one would want to ask the question, &#8220;Is there such a magic word?<br>Just as books on how to speak have become popular, people expect others to change by the way they express themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is natural that a &#8220;Requests&#8221; from a professional coach who has mastered the essence of coaching and accumulated a lot of practice can bring about a dramatic change in a client. However, it is also true that if you take just the words of the requests, it is often a very general expression that &#8220;doesn&#8217;t feel very magical&#8221;. What I mean by that is\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we unpack the relationship in which coaching is established, there are three principles of coaching.<br>This is because the coaching skills of &#8220;approval,&#8221; &#8220;listening,&#8221; and &#8220;questioning&#8221; are reflected in ongoing sessions between the coach and client, and a deep sense of trust is fostered between them. Therefore, people do not change by &#8220;magic words,&#8221; so to speak, which are just words on their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that you understand the above, let me briefly explain some points to keep in mind for the request to be effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Communicate straightforwardly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you ever use long preliminaries or roundabout expressions because you don&#8217;t want your request to be rejected? This can cause confusion and discomfort for the client. They may ask back, &#8220;What is it that you want me to do? It is easier for people to make decisions when they know exactly what is desired.<br>&#8220;By all means, please try that.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Communicate with a sense of expectation toward the other person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Example)<br>You have achieved a lot in the past. I am confident that you can do it. I am sure you can do it. Why don&#8217;t you give it a try?<br>I feel your work is very polite. The other thing is Subido. Why don&#8217;t you try to combine those two?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repeat the message as many times as you feel necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In coaching, &#8220;continuity&#8221; is one of the keys to success. Just making a request once does not necessarily mean that the other person&#8217;s behavior will change.
