We encourage our clients to take autonomous action by asking questions that change the time axis of their perspective so that they can move firmly toward their &#8220;desired future.<br>The time axis will be viewed from two perspectives, &#8220;from the future&#8221; and &#8220;from the past\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We take the perspective from the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assuming that you are in the state you &#8220;want to be in the future,&#8221; we look back at the present from that point of view.<br>(Example question.)<br>What do you want to be in five years?<br>What do you want to be in 5 years from now?<br>If you could speak to yourself today from where you will be in 30 years, what would you say?<br>What do you think will happen in the future if you leave the problem as it is?<br>Then, when do you think you should address it?<br>What do you need to do now to get the results you want?<br>What habits can you think of that you need to stop?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take a perspective from the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client feels that the current situation is not working, ask questions that ask them to recall past successes and surrender to the feeling of the past.
