Because you have a &#8220;goal&#8221; that you want to achieve, you can work hard toward it. Therefore, the ability to set appropriate goals is the key to execution. Once you are able to set appropriate goals, you will have a clear idea of what you need to do to take action. Specifically, we will set goals in the following manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Imagine &#8220;how you want to be and what you want to become&#8221; and make a list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The key is to be as specific as possible and express them in terms of quantitative criteria such as &#8220;what, by when, and how much. Including the following five SMART elements will help you set clear goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specific (concrete, identified): You can visualize the specifics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Measurable: Easy to determine the degree of achievement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achievable: Realistically achievable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Related: leads to the realization of true desires and aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time-bound: It is determined by when it is to be accomplished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Prioritize the items listed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Prioritize the items in terms of &#8220;importance and urgency&#8221; or &#8220;select and focus. This is very important, not only in coaching, but in all decision-making and judgments, because this &#8220;prioritization&#8221; makes the achievement of goals more realistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each person has unique abilities and strengths and weaknesses. They also differ in their ability to handle challenges. Through coaching, clients are able to assess their own abilities and prioritize them accurately, allowing them to move forward to the first and subsequent steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Visualize what it will be like when the goal is achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Using all five senses, visualize concretely and clearly what it will be like when the goal is achieved.<br>Once you have a clear image, you will be more motivated to take action to achieve your goal.
