Coaching sessions generally last 30-60 minutes per session and are ongoing over several months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contract is signed by both parties by mutual agreement. However, the subject matter is not a &#8220;thing&#8221; but a &#8220;dialogue,&#8221; a collaboration between coach and client, and there is no clear quality or value in the beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The value of the coaching session becomes apparent as the client becomes aware of the process, recognizes himself\/herself as being changed and being able to change, and feels a sense of growth as the coaching session progresses. The coaching coach works with the client to create this process, and for this purpose, there are &#8220;conditions under which coaching works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, the following are required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The coach understands the nature of coaching and acts in accordance with a code of ethics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The coach recognizes the difference between consulting and counseling and handles them appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The coach has formed an agreement with the client on how to proceed with the coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The coach creates a safe and secure environment so that a trusting relationship is established with the client at an early stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The coach is with the client and is flexible enough to adapt to the client&#8217;s changing needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have listed five items: 1 and 2 are things that coaches can do on their own initiative by learning to coach. On the other hand, building consensus in item 3 is key to building trust in item 4. A coaching contract will not be concluded unless the client&#8217;s motivation to accept or accept coaching by this coach exists in the first place.<br>As for 5, flexible responses can be developed smoothly only because there is a sense of trust in the coach on the part of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to build a sense of trust, the coach&#8217;s own personal foundation must be in place, and above all, a coaching mindset that is 100% receptive to the client is required.
