CBL Coaching Information Bureau was established with the aim of spreading and penetrating the essence of coaching to as many people as possible. For this purpose, we hope that many professional coaches will be born after learning coaching. However, at this point, we believe that there are many people who are interested in coaching but do not have the image of becoming a professional coach. Therefore, to motivate people to try learning coaching, let us first explain the “benefits of learning”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Improved communication with people around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key to good human relations is communication through words. Because we all use the same words, it is common for our words to cross each other’s boundaries or hurt the other person without our awareness. Coaching is about gaining awareness, which leads to improved communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will learn to recognize and accept the differences between you and the other person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communication discrepancies occur when we assume that we know the other person or that the other person thinks the same way as I do. By learning coaching, you will be able to recognize and relativize the differences between the other person and yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will feel the joy of relating to and supporting others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By learning coaching, you will be able to improve yourself and feel joy in the very act of supporting others. It is truly “mercy is good for no one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be able to look at the positive side of things instead of the negative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By learning coaching, you will be able to change your perspective from the present, where you are still stuck in past failures and worries, to the possibilities of a future you have yet to see, and you will be able to see things in a positive light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be able to speak frankly about what you feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even if you want to change your “discovery-bound self,” it is difficult to change your accustomed personality. Learning from coaching is to be able to realize that you can change. In the process, you will become able to communicate what you feel in a natural way to others, and before you know it, you will realize that your “discovery-bound self” has changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the resources you possess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
