People have unlimited potential and the ability to realize it on their own. However, without realizing it, they may take detours and in some cases, regress. Everyone is the protagonist of his or her life, but sometimes we fail to create that scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A coaching coach is a partner who supports the client in becoming aware of the dreams and goals he or she has, setting goals, increasing the potential of the engine to move toward those goals, and stepping on the accelerator to move forward strongly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People often activate the mental brake of “wanting to maintain the status quo and not wanting to change it,” making it difficult to take that first step. As a result, they tend to waste valuable time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The coach helps the client to face the current situation and to become aware of it. Once the client is able to look at himself\/herself objectively, he\/she will begin to take steps toward the goal. However, there may be times when the client is troubled by the process. The coach accompanies and encourages the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we listen to the stories of successful people, we find that they have experienced failure, they have been stuck on the dance floor, and their paths have varied. However, successful people have one thing in common. There is always someone there to support them at each milestone or over a sustained period of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All successful people say, “I was very lucky to have found such a person. Coaching does not look back on the result as “I was lucky,” but shares the entire time from the meeting with the client to the achievement of the desired goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the three principles of coaching is “ongoing\u2026on-going. Since the session itself is only a fixed point, the coaching progresses along with the passage of time connecting the fixed points. Please understand that coaching is the process of weaving the ongoing time between the client and the coach, deepening the relationship between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
