He realized that hysteria was caused by unconsciousness and repression, and that when the patients themselves became aware of this, their symptoms began to lessen. He emphasized “childhood experiences” as the key to understanding how unconsciousness and repression are formed.
The terms trauma and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) are widely recognized today. Both are based on theories proposed by Freud.

There are various theories proposed by Freud, but let me explain the “structural theory,” which is closely related to coaching.
Until Freud’s ideas, there was no intellectual way to understand the mind, an ambiguous subject. Freud approached the mind in a three-layered structure of es (id), superego (superego), and ego (ego).

Es is German for “it” (id is Latin). It is viewed as the instinctive impulse based on the pleasure principle, the desire itself. The superego is a function that tries to suppress the es through parents’ discipline, rules, morals and ethics, as in “you have to do 00. The ego, on the other hand, is a function that tries to balance the two through the principle of reality. However, Freud believed that if the ego is weak, in other words, if the es is too strong, or if the superego’s dominance is too strong, problems with social adjustment will occur.

Coaching is the process of gaining awareness that the client is unaware of through conversations with the coach. Freud’s “structural theory” may be used as a clue to guess the situation the client is in at the time.

Psychoanalysis,” founded by Freud, has greatly influenced subsequent psychologists, who have contributed to the expansion and maturation of clinical psychology and psychotherapy by expanding their interpretations and criticizing them on the one hand, and on…

[10

post-1820","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-encyclopedia","en-US
["GET
